“ICA” holds a virtual session to develop services expectations within the next 50 years

The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” held a virtual session to develop services perceptions for the next 50 years, with the participation of H.E. Major General Saeed Rakan Al Rashdi, Director General of Foreigners Affairs and Ports, along with a group of Emirates Academy for Identity and Citizenship students, and various community members through social media platforms. This proactive step is mainly intended for enhancing the approach of adopting innovative ideas that actively contribute to promoting the workflow mechanisms within ICA.
Major General Al Rashdi stated: “Holding this session in collaboration with the community members was an implementation of the aspirations of the UAE wise leadership, and in line with the UAE`s Next 50 Years strategy launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. It is noteworthy that such session is further aimed at shaping the key components of the UAE national agenda designed to envision the future through inspiring, seizing the developmental opportunities and enhancing the efficiency of services delivered by ICA. Al Rashdi further added: “such session is also aiming at aligning its concluding outputs with the ICA strategic approach in a manner that meets the expectations of the community amidst approving the standard fundamentals of development supporting the ICA diverse operational processes”.
