The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” held the 2nd coordination meeting 2021 for the permanent committee for supporting and developing the advanced model for tourist, medical and educational visas at the headquarter of the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai. The meeting has been chaired by Colonel Hamad Hasan Al Sheikh Al Zaabi with the attendance of committee members from all ICA general directorates.
The meeting reviewed all topics listed on the meeting agenda in respect of the developments and challenges as well as it investigated the feedbacks and proposals aiming at promoting workflow mechanism in terms of the advanced visas system. Al Zaabi praised the efforts exerted by the committee for developing the new visas system in line with the world-class practices.
This meeting is held in the framework of ICA pursuit to develop visa services model in a way that meets the customers’ requirements and creating added value to them, in addition to enhancing ICA efforts in terms of promoting its entrepreneurship.
