In the context of its constant pursuit to ensure providing convenient and streamlined services to all customers, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” announces the extension of the official working hours at Customers Happiness Centers Based in Mussafah, Khalifa Medical City and Al Yalayis to be from 07:00 am up to 8:00 pm effective from Sunday 29th August 2021. This is aimed at promoting and enhancing the efficiency of the services delivery centers in addition to increasing the happiness and satisfaction rates of ICA customers.
