ICA Discusses Means of Promoting Its Workflow Mechanism

The Federal Authority for Identify and Citizenship “ICA” held a meeting chaired by His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, ICA Acting Director General, with the presence of a wide range of general and executive directors. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and review the means of improving the workflow mechanism within ICA business environment as well as improving its services delivery standards. During the meeting, Al Khaili has been briefed on ICA performance reports.
