ICA Director Inaugurates Customer Happiness Center at Al Ghazal Shopping Center, Dubai

H.E. Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship paid an inspection visit to the new Customer Happiness Center in Al Ghazal Shopping Center. He was accompanied by His Excellency the Director of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs to inaugurate the new center, closely review its work mechanisms, and inspect the system for providing services and the progress of operations, as the ICA is keen to ensure its excellence and distinction so as to maintain customer satisfaction and happiness.
