ICA Director General tours the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Ras Al Khaimah

His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” paid an inspection visit to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah, on the occasion of rating “5 stars” according to the Global Star Rating System program for evaluating federal government services in its fourth session. Al-Khaili expressed his appreciation to the Directorate’s staff for their endeavors to raise ICA to the best results. He also praised their distinguished performance in upgrading the quality of services, as well as, their dedication to seek opportunities for operations improvement, quality of work environment, and developing their skills and capacities in a positive professional manner.
