ICA Director General Pays Inspection Visit to New Customers Happiness Centre at Al Nahda- Dubai

His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” paid an inspection visit to the new Customers Happiness Centre at Al Nahda in Dubai. He was accompanied by H. Excellency Major General Mohammed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs- Dubai & H.H Engineer Mohammed Bin Taliah, Chief of Governmental Services of the UAE Government, and were briefed on the workflow and services delivery mechanisms along with the latest developments at the centre. This visit is also aimed at ensuring that all processes are smoothly streamlined in a way that addresses the aspirations of ICA in pursuit of delivering top-notch services to its customers at the centers spread out across the country in line with the best-recognized practices of creativity and innovation.
Al Khaili met with the front-line officers and a group of the Centre’s employees and he paid tribute to them for their dedicated efforts urging them to faithfully pursue their work in line with the highest standards of excellence and innovation practices in terms of accomplishing quick and convenient transactions. He further urged them to effectively communicate with the customers to identify their own needs and expectations to be converted into real actions and outputs for increasing the rates of customer’s satisfaction in conformity with the excellence system pursued and adopted by ICA in all practices for the purpose of achieving the leadership embodied within its strategic goals.
At the end of his visit, Al Khaili encouraged everyone to exert strenuous efforts to move forward in achieving impressive achievements and remarkable outputs to address the aspirations and expectations of the UAE wise leadership in a way that help in enhancing the ICA competiveness and excellence in its services delivery.
It is worth noting that ICA has shifted its services provided at Al Mahisnah Centre to Al Nahda new centre, which will deliver the Emirates identity services to the valued customers.
