His Excellency Major General Saeed Suhail Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” paid a visit to both Al Barsha and Al Rashidiya Customer Happiness Centers.
Al Khaili praised the top performance demonstrated by Al Barsha Centre through 6 stars rating achievement and he was briefed on the enablers that contributed to making this tremendous breakthrough. Al Khaili further paid tribute to the dedication and devotion of the staff and who strived towards continuous services and processes improvement and promotion.
Al Khaili also congratulated the staff of Al Rashidiya Customers Happiness Centre which achieved 5 stars rating. He commended the workflow mechanisms in line with the cutting-edge techniques and best practices.
This visit is in the context of ICA pursuit to give a positive boost to ICA Customers Happiness Centers to develop their services delivery. This will be positively reflected in enhancing the excellence standards through the customer experience within the governmental services model.
