His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA”, paid an inspection visit to the new Al Yalayis Customers Happiness Centre in Dubai, and was accompanied by His Excellency Major General Mohammed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs- Dubai, and H.E Engineer Mohammed Bin Taliah, Chief of Governmental Services of the UAE Government and a group of directors, for opening the new center, checking service delivery mechanisms, as well as the conduct of operations system that the ICA focuses on ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness in serving customers across all its centers according to the best practices of creativity and innovation.
Al Khaili met with a group of the center’s employees and appreciated their efforts and urged them to continue work with dedication and utilizing the highest excellence levels in executing efficient and quick transactions, and effective communication with the public towards achieving a distinctive and unique customer experience that meets their requirements and aspirations, and reflects the ICA’s strategy to improve customer happiness and satisfaction within the excellence system to sustaining its practices and outcomes that the authority cares for.
Al Khaili wrapped up his visit by exhorting all to put more efforts to raise the efficiency of the center’ services to reach impressive achievements and results that help enhancing the ICA’s competitiveness and leadership position.
It should be noted that ICA moved its services provided in Al Quoz Centre to the new premises at the Al Yalayis Business Centre at the Dubai Investment Park 2, which began serving the public since Sunday, 09 May 2021.
