The General Directorate of Nationality in the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship has affirmed its keenness to excel in its services in order to achieve happiness for its customers, meet their expectations, and at the same time, support ICA’s efforts to promote innovation and creativity in the methods and means of delivering services in a way that elevates them to internationally competitive levels.
This came during the meeting of the General Directorate of Nationality, chaired by HE Brigadier General Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili, Acting Director General of Nationality, in the presence of the state’s Executive Directors of Nationality, during which the proposal of the new organizational structure of the General Directorate, its organizational units and the terms of reference for each department and unit were reviewed.
HE Director General of Nationality instructed the Executive Directors and Department Directors about the importance of providing the best services to customers and the public in line with the wise leadership approach and vision of the main mission of the government work, which is achieving happiness for people and providing services that meet their ambitions and exceed their expectations.
Musabah Obaid Al-Mesmari, a consultant in the General Directorate of Nationality, presented a presentation on the matrix of governance, Terms of Reference of the central administration and regional administrations, its impact on frontline employees and the methodologies and mechanisms that can be followed to develop the capabilities of the employees and enhance the transfer of knowledge among them, the matter which reflects positively on their skills in the provision of services and achieve customers’ satisfaction and happiness.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier Khalifa Balqouba Al Humairi, Executive Director of Personal Status and Passports, Brigadier Saeed Rashid Al Yamahi, Director of Nationality Department in Fujairah, Colonel Sulaiman Abdullah Al Darei, Director of Security Information Department, Lieutenant Colonel Sultan Mohammed Al Marri, Director of Strategy and Future Department at the General Directorate of Nationality, Major Abdullah Al Hamli, Director of the Government Communication Department, Major Saeed Mohammed Al Kutbi, Director of the Office of the Director General of Nationality, and a number of heads and organizational departments and units.
