“ICA” announces the working time of its Centers during Eid al-Adha holiday

Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship announced that its customer happiness centers all over the state within the Directorates of Nationality, Foreigners Affairs, and Ports will work during the Eid Al-Adha holiday from Sunday 19 August to Thursday 23rd of the same month. Where customers and the public will be received from 9 am to 1 pm, while closed on Friday and Saturday.

ICA announced that the centers established all over the state to receive violators of the Entry and Residency Law for Foreigners wishing to benefit from the “Protect Yourself by Changing Your Status” Initiative will be closed for the duration of the Eid holiday starting on Sunday 19 August and will resume receiving the violators as of Sunday morning, 26 August.

ICA announced the closure of all its customer happiness centers that provide their services related to the ID card throughout the Eid holiday and will resume their work with the normal working hours starting from the morning of Sunday, August 26th, noting that its customers wishing to apply for their services related to registration in the Population Register System and issue, renew or replacement an ID card can apply through other channels, primarily the electronic form (my e-form), which can be easily accessed through ICA website, as well as through the smart application for tablets and mobile, pointing out that its call center will continue to provide the services and answer the questions of customers and receive their feedback around the clock through (600530003).
