ICA announces the working hours of its centers during Eid Al-Adha Holiday

Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship announced that the Customer Happiness Centers, all over the State, of the Departments of Nationality and Foreigners Affairs and Ports, will continue to provide services to the customers during the Eid Al-Adha holiday from 09:00 Am to 01:00 PM on Saturday to Tuesday.

ICA indicated that all of the Customer Happiness Centers that provide services related to ID card will be off throughout the days of the Eid holiday as of Sunday morning until Tuesday morning 13th August 2019, noting that these centers will resume its services during the normal working hours after the end of Eid holiday.

ICA pointed out that the customers can apply for services related to nationality and residency, including visa services of all types via ICA e-channels and smart application “ICA UAE Smart Services”, and the customers wishing to apply for services related to registration in the population registry system and the issuance, renewal or replacement of ID cards via ”My e-form”, which is easily accessible via ICA website as well as its smart application for tablets and smartphones.

ICA pointed out that the customers can benefit from the interactive services it provides via the various channels of communication, foremost among them are ICA website, social media pages and call center, especially in relation to checking ID card application status and checking the ID card status with Emirates Post. ICA pointed out that the customer can access its website and follow up the status of their application via the link “ID Card Status”, by entering the 21-digit number of the e-form so that the customer could – within a few seconds – know his ID card status, the customer can also check the ID card status with Emirates Post via their main page, while applicants for the services of Foreigners Affairs and Ports can check their applications via the e-channels and smart application by entering the application number to check the application status.

ICA pointed out that the customers can get the addresses of its customer happiness centers and offices all over the State and locate its geographical locations using “Google Maps” to know the time to wait in each center and the closest center to the customer’s location and the time it takes to arrive at this center via the customer happiness centers page on its website.

His Excellency Ali Mohammed bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Chairman of ICA’s Board of Directors has, in his own name and in the names of all ICA’s staff, extended heartiest congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan (President of the UAE), His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Vice-President and Prime Minister), His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces), their Highness Supreme Council members and Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers wishing them all many happy returns and all the success.

His Excellency also congratulated all UAE nationals and residents asking Allah to accept the good deeds of the pilgrims and to return this auspicious occasion to the UAE leadership, government, and people with prosperity and successes that bring happiness to every citizen and resident on this good land.
