The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” announced that the services provided by the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs- Sharjah, have been relocated to the new headquarter of Customers Happiness Centre located in Al Rahmaniya area with effect from Thursday, 19th August 2021.
His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, ICA Acting Director General said: “ICA is pursuing to develop the customers happiness center system mechanisms along with reorganizing their headquarters given that such centers constitute the cornerstone of the service delivery channels across all emirates through relocating their offices or opening new headquarters to address the expectations and needs of the customers. ICA is also aiming at inaugurating new service centres that are more convenient and closer to the customers in order to achieve top-notch and responsive services to them in a timely manner”.
According to its strategy, ICA is highly keen on promoting the performance of its service centers in line with the best recognized practices and pursuant to the governmental excellence model standards with the aim of addressing the aspirations of the wise leadership for providing top rated 7 stars services to all members of UAE society.
