ICA Acting Director General Visits GDRFA- Abu Dhabi and Khalifa Customer Happiness Centre

His Excellency Major General/Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identify and Citizenship “ICA” paid a visit to the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs- Abu Dhabi as well as Khalifa Customer Happiness Centre. Al Khaili has been warmly welcomed by a wide range of senior directors, executives along with several employees. The purpose of the visit to both entities was to pay tribute to the kind efforts exerted by their employees for achieving outstanding positive results in the Global Star Rating System for services.
