General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs- Fujairah Participates in Innovation Week as part of “UAE Innovates 2021” with a Workshop titled “Innovative Thinking Motivation”

In the framework of launching Innovation Week of “UAE Innovates 2021”, the innovation team at the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Fujairah organized a workshop titled “Innovative Thinking Motivation” with the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Mubarak Bin Sinan, GDRFA-Fujairah Executive Director and participation of a number of directors and senior employees. The workshop outlined the mechanism of using dedicated tools for motivating the innovative thinking & utilizing, applying the same within the business environment with the aim of capturing new initiatives, thoughts and finding creative solutions in an extraordinary manner.
At the conclusion of the workshop, H.E Brigadier Mubarak Sinan emphasized that the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” is highly striving to promote the innovation culture among its employees & he further urged the attendees to continuously develop their own skills and capabilities. Furthermore, he distributed appreciation certificates to the participants in recognition of their valuable participation in the workshop hoping that everyone would achieve more success and outstanding progress towards enhancing knowledge culture within the community to be led by inspirational innovators for boosting the UAE reputation and its competitiveness as a global hub of innovation.
