The General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Um Al Quwain organized a qualitative initiative titled “Help Us to Help You” aiming at motivating the customers to provide their suggestions in Ideas Bank. A wide range of customers and employees of GDRFA-Um Al Quwain participated in the event.
The initiative is aspiring to encourage the valued customers to share the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” represented in GDRFA-UMQ in its journey of innovation by providing their creative ideas and suggestions that address their requirements. It is worth noting that this initiative will help ICA to deliver its outstanding innovative services that will contribute to promoting the services standards and hence enhancing the rate of customer’s satisfaction and happiness.
The initiative is mainly aiming at enhancing the spirit of community engagement and motivating all social categories to actively contribute to capturing, generating innovative solutions and tailored services that help facilitate and accelerate services delivery mechanisms in addition to improving the quality of life.
