General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Sharjah Organizes Virtual Workshop titled “Innovation and Change”

During its participation in “UAE Innovates Week 2021” events, the Innovation team at the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs “GDRFA” – Sharjah organized a virtual workshop about the innovation and change with the presence of managers and senior employees of the General Directorate.
The workshop tackled vital issues including the significance of innovation & innovative thinking talent as well the ability of generating innovative ideas. Moreover, the workshop discussed the mechanisms of creating and enhancing the concept of innovation in addition to its crucial role in introducing the positive, sustainable change into the governmental entities and its impact on the global competitiveness among the leading countries in the area of innovation. At the conclusion of the workshop, exciting quizzes have been conducted for the participators to encourage them for the innovative thinking.
This virtual workshop has been conducted in the framework of enhancing the efforts made by the GDRFA-Sharjah to stimulate its employees to actively contribute towards boosting and promoting the creativity culture and innovation practices within their working environment.
