The Fujairah Registration Center participated in the World Food Day by distributing token gifts that took the shape of a basket containing a pack of milk and a green apple as a symbol of healthy food.
The center’s staff distributed gifts on customers and gave them short awareness tips on the importance of healthy food and the fundamental role of sound nutrition in ensuring the full growth of human body and mind, particularly in children.
The initiative of the center’s staff to participate in this global event is in line with the Emirates Identity Authority’s strategy, which supports the concepts of social responsibility. The initiative is also based on the belief that health education marking the World Food Day, which falls in October every year, is an initiative that serves the society and contributes to avoiding many diseases related to imbalanced nutrition.
