ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Fujairah organized a recreational trip for the service workers on Friday, the 31st of January 2020, to the city of magic and beauty (Khorfakkan). Employee Abd Al Rahman Youssef Al Raisi accompanied them to see the most prominent tourist attractions (Al Rafisah Dam – Al Rabi Tower) and they climbed the peak of one of the city mountains.
This initiative marks ICA’s keenness on appreciating the efforts and role of the service workers who always seek to provide the proper atmosphere for employees so as to enable them to do their job to the fullest and provide customers with the best services.
