Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, sports Activity Section at the supporting Services Sector, organized a lecture titled “Healthy lifestyle” in cooperation with the Ambulatory Health Services in Abu Dhabi at ICA Headquarters, “Elbait Metwahid Hall”, on Monday 28/10/2019. The Lecture discussed the importance, quality, effect of food on human health. The lecture discussed the vital role of food in our lives and its necessity for life continuity.
The Lecture stressed that people should take care of the food they eat in terms of quality and to include all the necessary nutrients in order to have a strong body and immune system and to focus on the natural food and stay apart from the processed food.
The lecture was attended by a remarkable number of employees and workers at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.
