Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship has moved its services from Al Mahisnah Customer Happiness Center to Al Nahda (Salem) Center located in street 10, Al Qusais 1, Dubai. Identity services will be available for the public at the new center as of March the 14th, 2021. Working hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The move to the new location is out of the Authority’s keenness to improve its customers’ experience, increase its performance speed, and continuously improve the services it renders through its different centers nationwide.
This step may eventually increase customer happiness and satisfaction through improving the quality of the services the Authority performs.
