Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” Holds 2nd Virtual Laboratory to Envisaging “UAE Nationals Experience” Future

The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” held the second virtual laboratory session for shaping the future of UAE Nationals experience with the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Suhail bin Kaltham Al Khaili, Director General of Identity & Passports and in participation of the Youth Councils of both ICA and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The session has been further attended by a wide range of department’s managers & section heads across the concerned ICA sectors. The lab discussed the future of UAE Nationals experience with a spectrum of services delivered by ICA until the year of 2035 within the framework of the UAE preparations for the next 50 years.

This interactive lab also investigated the future perception of the life cycle of the range of services delivered to the UAE Nationals in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership, aiming at preparing for the future by designing highly customized top-notch services keeping up with the cutting-edge techniques and developments through optimizing the best innovation practices. Such innovative practices will contribute to achieving the optimal happiness for the entire community and enhancing the UAE prospects towards topping the best future governments worldwide.
