Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship announced its intention to temporarily close FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center in Al Baraha, Dubai, with the aim of redesigning it, as of the next Sunday, October 22.
FAIC invited its customers to review FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center in Umm Hurair, annexed to Al Karama Medical Fitness Express Center in Bur Dubai between Zabeel Street and the 19th Street in Umm Hurair through which it provides the services provided by Al Baraha Customer Happiness Center which include fingerprinting, taking photos, completing registration procedures and issuing Emirates IDs.
FAIC extended the official working hours at Umm Hurair Customer Happiness Center from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm instead of 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, noting that it provides services to customers through 18 service stations, with a capacity of up to 1100 transactions per day, which allocated 12 stations for men and 6 stations for women.
FAIC pointed out that the closure of the Customer Happiness Center comes as part of its efforts to redesign all its customer happiness centers annexed to the preventive medicine centers in terms of form and content, develop them in line with the standards of the Emirates Government Excellence Program, upgrade them to “7 Stars” level to match its main customer happiness centers and enable them to provide the finest services to customers with a view to their happiness and satisfaction and put a smile on their faces.
FAIC called on its customers to communicate with it when needed through its own channels of communication, whether through call center on (600530003), which is available 24/7, its pages on the social networking sites “Facebook” and “Twitter”, or Via live chat “Ask Hamad”, which is available on FAIC’s website, as well as customer happiness centers in various emirates.
FAIC pointed out that its customers and the public can obtain the addresses of FAIC’s customer happiness centers and offices all over the state, as well as access through Google Maps, through its website (www.id.gov.ae) via the link of (FAIC’s Customer Happiness Centers) on the website homepage, and to know the waiting time in each customer happiness center and the closest center to the location of the customer and the time it takes to reach it.
