Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship presented to a delegation from The Human Resources Authority of the emirate of Abu Dhabi its best practices in the field of knowledge management, during receiving a delegation from FAHR to make benchmarking between the two authorities in this field.
Khawla Al Tayer, HR Advisor and Director of Strategic Support Office and Corporate Excellence in FAIC, presented to the delegation a presentation on corporate knowledge management, which included a detailed explanation of the concept of knowledge management and the importance of enhancing the knowledge, skills and creativity of government employees and develop their skills and creative abilities, in achieving their objectives.
Al Tayer briefed the delegation on the experience of FAIC in the field of knowledge management, stressing that the development of FAIC’s practices in this field, such as adopting institutional learning and focusing on the development of knowledge and training their human resources and the consolidating the culture of knowledge transfer between them, contributed to the develpment of their institutional performance, and Strengthened its ability to make tangible improvements in its performance and helped to increase its ability to recognize the requirements and expectations of its customers, the matter which enhanced its approach in creativity and innovation field
The delegation was attended by Hessa Abdullah Al Buainain, Director of Knowledge Systems Department, Issam Al Sayed Ahmed, Head of Partners section, and Jawahar Rashed Mohammed, Partners Specialist. The meeting was attended by FAIC’s team, Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Head of Personnel Affairs, Khalid Al Salhi, Head of Training, Eng. Inas Ghosheh, Operations Specialist, Noora Al Sakhateri, Corporate Excellence Specialist, Ali Al Hosani, Executive Corporate Performance Manager, and Saeed Marah, Senior administrator, Personnel Relations.
