FAIC briefed a delegation from Emirates Foundation about the best practices it applies in innovation and creativity.
Sheikha Al-Dhanhani, Quality and Excellence administrator in Strategic Support and Corporate Excellence Office in FAIC, in the presence of Khawla Al Tayer, Office Manager and HR Consultant, has briefed the visiting delegation about FAIC’s strategy for creativity and innovation, and the most prominent FAIC’s initiatives and projects in this field, and explored the types of creativity and and the specifications required in the institutions to support the environment of innovation, noting the importance of motivating employees and assess their potential in the achievement of innovation and creativity in work environment, and thus improve their work performance.
Eng. Inas Ghosheh, Operations Specialist, provided explaination about the Bank of Creative Ideas, through which FAIC enables its employees and customers to present their ideas and suggestions to get benefit from it in promoting the approach of excellence and providing the best services to the customers, pointing out that the system works according to a documented and standard approach to deal with ideas and suggestions efficiently, study and discuss them accurately, and follow up the implementation of the useful ideas according to governed mechanisms to ensure verification of their application.
The visiting delegation included Nahal Abu Ghali, Senior Strategy Leader, and Sara Al Sayegh, Senior Strategy Leader, while FAIC was represented by Ali Al Hosani, Executive, Corporate Performance Department, and Saif Obaid Al Dhaheri, Chief Administrator, Operation and Quality.
