Executive Director of Abu Dhabi-GDRFA honors outstanding employees

His Excellency Brigadier Saeed Salim Balhas Al Shamsi, the Executive Director of Abu Dhabi-GDRFA, honored a number of employees of the Center in Department of Entry and Residency Permits, in recognition of their efforts and dedication in carrying out their duties.

Al Shamsi praised the efforts of the honored employees who contributed to providing the best services to the customers during the ceremony, which was attended by a number of ICA’s department directors, heads, and employees of the center. He invited all members of the Directorate to work with team spirit, adhere to the Customer Happiness Code and make the utmost efforts and taking into account the highest standards in the provision of qualitative services to them, in order to make them happy and satisfied.

For their part, the honored employees expressed their happiness with this generous gesture, which reflects the keen of ICA in its distinguished employees, its keenness to spread positive energy among them, and motivate them to continue the giving to improve their performance, which contributes to providing the best services to the customers
