During its Second Meeting for 2018
ICA’s Executive Affairs Board of General Directorate of Nationality confirmed the importance of participation in the Mohammed bin Rashid Government Excellence Award (4th Generation) and the commitment to apply its standards which help ICA in competing strongly to win it at its various categories.
The Board invited all departments of the Nationality sector to raise the level of services provided to the customers to the best levels by adopting innovation in the administrative practices and mechanisms of providing services and to make the individual and corporate development that is consistent with the wise leadership vision that the main objective of the government institutions work is to achieve the customer happiness.
This came during the Board’s second meeting in 2018, which was held in ICA’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi and chaired by HE Brigadier Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili, Acting Director-General of Nationality in ICA, in the presence of Brigadier Khalifa Balqouba, Executive Director of Personal Status and Passports and Colonel Khamees Mohammed Al Ka’abi, Executive Director of Supporting Services Sector and member of ICA’s Executive Affairs Board.
The Board discussed the Directorate’s strategies, plans, and approaches of work to be followed to ensure that they are properly applied and meet the planned objectives. The Board also overviewed a report on strategic and operative indicator outcomes for the first half of the current year.
The Board reviewed a presentation provided by Major Jamal Al-Khateri, Director of Strategy and Future Department at ICA about “Customer Happiness Indicator” which measures their levels of happiness for the services they receive through all the channels, whether the Customer Happiness Centers, website, or smart applications, implementation requirements of the second phase of the Indicator and linking mechanisms between it and ICA systems.
The Board also listened to an explanation by Major Al-Khateri about the quality and suggestions systems in ICA and the other topics listed in its agenda and took the appropriate relevant decisions.
