Emirates Identity Authority participates in training course “Guide to Quality Government Services”

As many as 50 employees from the Emirates Identity Authority participated in a training course titled “Guide to Quality Government Services”, which was organized by the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs at the University of Sharjah/ Khor Fakkan Branch in co-ordination with the HR Department at the Emirates Identity Authority.

The training course, which focused on the UAE Government customers, dealt with a number of topics including the importance of customer service; characteristics of customer categories; measuring the degree of concentration on customer at an organization; service values; service quality criteria; charter of customers, analysis of customers, communication skills and pressure management strategies.

The training course, which started on May 8 and concluded on May 26, 2011, saw the participation of a number of employees from the Fujairah Registration Center as well as the employees of the verification section and EIMAS available at the preventive medicine centers in Dibba Al Fujairah and Dibba Al Hisn. A number of employees from the local and federal government entities, departments and authorities also participated in the training course. The participants were divided into 10 working groups.
