The Emirates Identity Authority has continued discussing the plans for implementing its projects scheduled to be completed before the end of 2011 together with the progress achieved in each as per the approved timelines.
The emirates Identity Authority also continued discussing the mechanisms required for enforcing the Cabinet’s decision no. 25 for 2011 with respect to the fees imposed on the Emirates Identity Authority’s services before submission to the honorable board of directors of the Emirates Identity Authority in its coming meeting.
This was announced during the regular meeting held by the Emirates Identity Authority in its headquarters in Abu Dhabi yesterday. The meeting was chaired by H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, and was attended by the executive directors and a number of departmental directors.
During the meeting, Al Khouri called on the Emirates Identity Authority’ employees to re-sharpen their mettle following the elapse of the holy month of Ramadan and to exert all possible efforts to achieve the major strategic objective in the Emirates Identity Authority’s new plan 2010-2013 as embodied in upgrading its services provided to customers so as to go beyond their expectation and general satisfaction.
In his name and in the name of the Emirates Identity Authority’s board of directors, Al Khouri expressed his warmest thanks and most sincere appreciation for all the Emirates Identity Authority’s employees who contributed and are still contributing to upgrading customer service, enhancing the Emirates Identity Authority’s position and bringing joy to customers.
Al Khouri particularly thanked the registration centers’ employees for their strenuous efforts and positive treatment of the public in their capacity as the Emirates Identity Authority’s frontline employees. Praising the efforts of the employees who are keen on upgrading the Emirates Identity Authority’s services in line with the world’s highest standards that are consistent with the aspirations of the UAE prudent leadership, Al Khouri called on all the Emirates Identity Authority’s employees to carry on the journey of excellence in terms of performance and customer service until the strategic objectives of the honorable Emirates Identity Authority have been fulfilled.
