The Higher Management Committee at the Emirates Identity Authority has been briefed on the second edition of the electronic performance indicator system development project, which was designed and developed by the ICT Department, Emirates Identity Authority.
The new edition of the system will allow the directors of registration centers to closely track the performance indicators of registration centers and will ensure the provision of individual reports on the performance of employees.
H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, listened to an extensive explanation of the details of the second edition of the project as well as the stages that had been completed, the services provided by the system and how far they positively affected performance in the different departments, centers and sections of Emirates Identity Authority.
Al Khouri praised the working team’s diligent efforts and commitment to carry out the project as per the set plan, which contributed to completing and developing this strategic project with high professionalism and distinctive efficiency.
He stressed the importance of applying the system extensively and the necessity for reviewing the indicators and making sure of their capability to support administrative decisions and of the degree of their effect on the efficiency of all operations at the Emirates Identity Authority, particularly those related to human and financial resources.
It is worthwhile that the electronic performance indicator system provides graphic reports and information on strategic and operating performance indicators which serve the planning, assessment and decision-taking process in line with the objectives and initiatives mentioned in the Emirates Identity Authority’s new strategy 2010-2013.
