Emirates Identity Authority briefed on completion percentage of excellence and quality projects

The Higher Management at the Emirates Identity Authority has held a regular follow-up meeting to be briefed on the progress and completion percentage of the Emirates Identity Authority’s excellence and quality projects, these being the government excellence project related to Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award; human resources investors project and customer service development project.

H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, stressed the necessity to combine the regular bids of the three projects in a unified manner to ensure harmonic integration among the projects with the aim of increasing their revenues in favor of the Emirates Identity Authority and the consultative team.

He underscored the importance of regulating inter-office letters to ensure that they are accessible to all the Emirates Identity Authority’s employees in such a regular manner which is compatible with the Emirates Identity Authority’s objectives. He also stressed the necessity to concentrate on the Emirates Identity Authority’s vital values, policies and achievements and intensify these contents in the inter-office letters forwarded by the Quality Department.

Al Khouri also stressed the importance of matching the three projects with the original action plan, calling on the specialist working teams to double the efforts necessary to avoid any delay in these projects and in the ultimate objectives set by the Emirates Identity Authority in line with the specific timelines.

Meanwhile, the meeting approved some amendments to the nominations of the concerned entities inside the Emirates Identity Authority for the membership of the working teams related to quality and excellence projects. It also approved the addition of some distinguished employees to these committees.

The meeting recommended that the electronic system of the Training Department be tried at a specific level before being circulated and evaluated from all aspects. This is aimed at examining and enhancing the strength points and spotting and avoiding the weakness points before moving to implement this experience at an extensive level.
