Emirates Identity and Citizenship Academy Witnesses the Graduation of the Second Batch of the Leadership Course

Brigadier Suhail Juma Al Khaili, Acting Director-General of Nationality, graduated the second batch of the Leadership Course, which is organized by the Emirates Identity and Citizenship Academy. For this occasion, a ceremony was held at ICA’s Headquarters, and now these elite graduates can assume their leading positions. This would achieve ICA’s strategic plan, aiming at promoting performance when dealing with customers, to attain their satisfaction and happiness. This would also help ICA’s branches to be awarded first ranks among the providers of services to the public all over the country.
