Emirates ID Director General underlines importance of women employees in developing work and upgrading performance

H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has resumed his field tours of the Emirates Identity Authority-affiliated registration centers. He visited the Sharjah Registration Center to meet the employees, be familiarized with the progress of work and communicate with customers.

During his inspection tour, which showed the Higher Management’s keenness on communication with all employees, Al Khouri praised the performance of the women employees at the Registration Department and verification offices at the center. He also valued their role in the high rise in the number of registrants and verified transactions.

He expressed the Higher Management’s appreciation of and pride in the diligent and remarkable efforts ofthe women employees at Sharjah Registration Center, praising their keenness on providing qualitative services to women customers and their success in registering a large number of customers during the test operation of Sharjah Registration Center.

Al Khouri said: “These efforts are a truthful expression of the degree of our affiliation to this dear country, which deserves a lot and we should shoulder great responsibility for maintaining its achievements and carrying on the process of building and development that our state is experiencing in all aspects of life.”

Al Khouri noted the future roles to be played by the Emirates Identity Authority after completing the registration of all the population in the ID card and population register as embodied in enhancing the process of development of the UAE and providing all forms of support for eGovernments through a series of strategic projects that are currently being carried out by the Emirates Identity Authority.

Welcoming all creative suggestions and ideas of all the women employees, Al Khouri called on the management and supervisors of the center to deal most attentively with any idea or suggestion that might contribute to developing work and improving performance in the Emirates Identity Authority in general and the registration centers in particular. He underlined the importance of women employees working in the Emirates Identity Authority for developing work and upgrading performance.

Meanwhile, a discussion was held between Al Khouri and the center’s women employees and dealt with a number of remarks aimed at developing work and upgrading performance. Al Khouri instructed that solutions should be sought to overcome all challenges and difficulties that might have a negative bearing on the general performance at the Emirates Identity Authority.
