Emirates ID Director General meets with employees of Department of Administrative Affairs and Department of Financial Affairs

H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has stressed the importance of the pivotal role played by the Department of Financial Affairs and Department of Administrative Affairs.

During his meeting with the employees of the different sections of both departments, Al Khouri explained that the Emirates Identity Authority’s Higher Management is keen on providing all forms of support to both departments in view of their vital role in enabling the Emirates Identity Authority to enhance its progress and hence achieve its goals and fulfill its missions.

Al Khouri stressed the necessity of streamline the channels of communication between both departments and the importance of continuing to exert combined efforts and raising administrative co-ordination between them in line with the work requirements and the nature of the goals that the Emirates Identity Authority is seeking to reach.

Describing it as the responsibility of everybody without exception, Al Khouri stressed the necessity to safeguard public money by insisting on carrying out all administrative and financial procedures with extreme transparency and caution.

He stressed the importance of working as one team and the necessity of providing administrative and financial services to the Emirates Identity Authority’s internal community and upgrading the provided services in terms of both quality and quantity.

The Department of Administrative Affairs and Department of Financial Affairs are two of the most significant supporting departments at the Emirates Identity Authority, he said, praising the efforts of the employees of the two departments, which are regarded as the mirror that reflects the Higher Management at the Emirates Identity Authority.

The nature of the role played by the Department of Administrative Affairs, which is the entity charged with carrying into effect all administrative rules and HR regulations that are of concern to all employees, would double the volume of responsibilities shouldered by this department, he said.

Al Khouri stressed the necessity of dealing with employees with patience and tolerance and trying to understand their demands while continuing to exert all efforts to maintain the attractive work environment prevailing at the Emirates Identity Authority.
