H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has called for exerting more efforts to enhance corporate work and teamwork and upgrading customer service by providing qualitative and superb services to customers, reaffirming that sincerity, integrity, transparency and limitless contribution have been and will always be key attributes of work in the Emirates Identity Authority.

During his meeting with a number of directors of Dubai-based registration centers, Al Khouri said the important role assumed by the directors of registration centers would double the responsibilities they shoulder and render them accountable before themselves before being accountable before the Higher Management.

Al Khouri reiterated the Emirates Identity Authority’s commitment and diligent endeavor to provide a work environment that attracts nationals and looks after their training and development and to streamline the incentives and bonus system by linking it with performance and productivity. He praised the strenuous efforts exerted by the directors of registration centers and hailed the prominent roles of the supervisors and employees of the centers and their excellence in helping the performance of registration centers achieve dazzling successes.

Al Khouri explained the significant role of the directors of centers in tracking the performance of employees and motivating and encouraging them to do their utmost in line with the interest of work and towards the successful implementation of the initiatives and projects contained in the Emirates Identity Authority’s strategy.

He pointed out that the centers’ employees should be continuously reminded of the necessity for treating all categories of applicants and customers equally and receiving them handsomely based on the Emirates Identity Authority’s firm belief that all customers are equally important.

The meeting was attended by Ismael Fadlullah, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates Centers, Nasser Ahmed Al Abdouli, Director of Al Karama Center, Jassim Mohammed Al Raeesi, Director of Al Barsha Center, Mohammed Saeed Al Talay, Director of Umm Al Quwain Center, and Rashid Ali Al Nuaimi, Director of Ajman Center.
