Emirates ID Director General calls for citizenship spirit to be consolidated and embodied in level and quality of performance

H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, said Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Deputy Chairman of the Emirates Identity Authority His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s presence in and patronage of the official opening ceremony of Sharjah Registration Center is a medal of honor, which the Emirates Identity Authority is proud of, though it doubles its responsibilities and motivates it to carry on the process of excellence and contribution.

During his meeting with Sharjah Registration Center’s employees, Al Khouri said: “Sheikh Saif’s considerable support for the Emirates Identity Authority’s process of development puts us candidly in front of our responsibilities and commitments towards this leading national organization and prompts us to do our utmost to achieve its objectives and interpret its vision and mission.”

Al Khouricalled for the concepts of affiliation to this dear country to materialize in practice in carrying on diligent efforts to perform the functional roles competently and efficiently. He affirmed that consolidating a real citizenship spirit is embodied in the employee’s readiness to do his/her utmost and perform his/her functional tasks with an innovative spirit that reflects how far work has developed in all the Emirates Identity Authority’s departments, centers and sections.

He clarified the importance of the role of Sharjah Registration Center’s family in giving an integrated example of the registration centers distinguished for their superb services starting with receptionists and ending with the center’s management including supervisors and registration administrators.

Al Khouri reiterated the keenness of the Higher Management at the Emirates Identity Authority on adopting and supporting all the creative suggestions and ideas provided by the Emirates Identity Authority’s employees for upgrading work and developing the general performance.

He underlined the necessity to keep holding regular meetings between the directors of centers in general and the registration employeesdue to their importance for consolidating the concepts of collective participation in decision-making and giving the opportunity for all employees to think out loud and submit their suggestions and viewpoints aimed at developing work and upgrading performance.
