Emirates ID Director General briefed on work progress in Ajman Center

In continuation of the effort and keenness of the Higher Management at the Emirates Identity Authority to carry on field visits to the different worksites, H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has paid an inspection visit to the Ajman Registration Center.

During his meeting with the center’s family, Al Khouri stressed the necessity for doubling efforts to provide the best service possible to applicants in line with the general frameworks of the Emirates Identity Authority’s strategy, which places customer satisfaction on top of its priorities.

Al Khouri also urged the center’s management and employees to keep on the good work and overcome the difficulties that might encounter performance with the aim of developing work in the registration center.

During his visit, Al Khouri met with a number of applicants and explored their opinions about the quality of the services provided to them. He also instructed that all the applicants’ comments and suggestions be dealt with seriously.

Al Khouri was accompanied by H.E. Mohamed Masoud Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of Population Register, H.E. Hatem Al Hamli, Executive Director for Financial Affairs and Acting Executive Director for Administrative Affairs and Relations, Mrs. Khawala Al Tayer, HR Director, Ismael Fadlullah, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates Centers, Jassim Mohamed Al Raisi, Director of Al Rashidiya Center, Mohamed Saeed Al Talay, Director of Ajman Center, Rashid Ali Al Nuaimi, Director of Umm Al Quwain Center, Nasser Ahmed Al Abdouli, Director of Al Barsha Center, Khadija Mohamed Shaheen, Director of Al Karama Center, and Omer Al Maamari, Al Dhaid Center Supervisor.
