Emirates ID adopts corporate excellence methodologies in strategic planning and governance

The Higher Management Committee at the Emirates Identity Authority has adopted the corporate excellence methodologies related to strategic planning, corporate governance and internal communication mechanisms at the level of the Emirates ID higher management.

During a workshop held today at the Emirates Identity Authority headquarters in Abu Dhabi under the chairmanship of H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, the committee discussed the corporate excellence methodologies and the formation of a corporate governance committee to be chaired by the Emirates ID Director General. The corporate governance committee will work as per a specific plan with the aim of taking governing decisions and policies to ensure fair and transparent performance, consolidate the ethics and principles of professional work at the Emirates Identity Authority and develop strategic performance by means of an elaborate work plan.

The workshop talked about setting criteria for the meetings of the members of the Higher Management Committee at the Emirates Identity Authority with the employees and concerned entities. It also discussed the use of automated mechanisms for registering and tracking the decisions related to the different communication and contact activities.
