His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, issued a decree to form the Supreme Census Committee in Dubai, to be chaired by the Deputy Chief of Dubai Police Force.
The decree stipulated that the Supreme Census Committee be consisted of the General Secretary of Dubai Executive Council as the Deputy Chairman, and the members are Director General of Emirates Identity Authority, Chief of Dubai Police, Head of Dubai State Security, Head of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Roads and Transport Authority, Director General of Dubai Municipality, Secretary General of the Federal Demographic Council, the Executive Director of Dubai Statistics Center, in addition to a representative of the Ministry of Interior.
