Stressing that the Flag Day is best celebrated by hard work and dedication
Dr. Saeed Abdullah bin Motlaq Al Ghafli, Director General of the Emirates ID Authority, expressed the pride of the Authority’s family celebrating the Flag Day, which represents a national event dear to the hearts of the UAE citizens and residents, and an occasion of national pride and loyalty, reflecting the willingness to sacrifice everything for the sake of the nation and its people, and this is exactly what H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may God protect him, represents. It is noteworthy that the Flag Day coincides with the anniversary of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, may God protect him, assumption of office as the leader of the country.
Dr. Al Ghafli said the celebration of the Flag Day deepens the love of this flag in the hearts of the UAE citizens and residents, then he raised it high in the sky to remain the symbol of pride and greatness, reflecting the feelings of loyalty and unity of the UAE people who are willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of their nation so it remains the state of happiness and prosperity.
Al Ghafli added that the celebration of Flag Day became an occasion all UAE people, citizens and residents, wait for to express their love for this immortal symbol and its colors and their willingness to sacrifice it with their blood and souls so that it remains waving high on all corners of the beloved country, as a symbol of pride and glory, reflecting the history of the founding fathers who founded a united Arab state and were great examples in believing in their country and sacrificing everything for their people, and their sons who followed in their footsteps in building the country that became an icon of progress, development and prosperity and an example in the union and compassion between the leadership and the people.
Dr. Al Ghafli further said that the celebration of the Flag Day is not just a ritual celebration, instead, the Flag Day is best celebrated by hard work and dedication to achieve more accomplishments that place the UAE on the top of the countries at various levels through following in the footsteps of the wise leadership in orienting all efforts and capabilities to serve the nation and achieve happiness to the people.
Dr. Al Ghafli, on behalf of all the Emirates ID Authority employees, promised the wise leadership of the state, that everyone will remain loyal, work hard to serve the nation and sacrifice everything for the sake of the beloved country so that its flag remains waving high and the UAE remains an example in prosperity, glory, safety and security, bringing happiness to all mankind.
