The 6th regular meeting of the directors of registration centers at the Emirates Identity Authority has called on all centers to be fully prepared during the upcoming period, which is expected to see a significant flow of applicants and customers. It also called them to circulate the frequently asked questions regarding the Cabinet’s decision on delay fees to all their employees, particularly receptionists and customer service staff with the aim of offering assistance to customers and reply to their inquiries.
The meeting stressed the importance of selecting a distinguished receptionist of high skills in how to treat customers. It also stressed the necessity for familiarizing receptionists with the recognized customer service criteria and reminding them of the importance of receiving applicants and with a genuine smile to reflect the Emirates Identity Authority’s honorable image.
The meeting, held under the chairmanship of H.E. Mohammed Abdullah Al Harthy, Acting Executive Director of Registration Centers, recommended that the operating plan be circulated to all the directors of centers for study and discussion with their employees and subsequent submission of comments and suggestions that would update and develop it.
Al Harthy urged all the directors of centers to send the required statistics related to the performance indicators, customers’ complaints and survey results and to deal promptly with all the updates that might have a negative bearing on the performance of registration centers. He also urged them to implement such suggestions that would help upgrade performance at registration centers.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Ismael Fadhlullah, Director of Northern Region Centers, Miss Hiba Abbas, Acting Director of Customer Service, Mr. Sultan Al Dhaheri, Registration Center Director, Mr. Ahmed Bin Amer , Registration Center Director, Miss Najat Al Meshjari, Acting Director of Musaffah Registration Director, Mr. Hamad Al Ghafli, Director of Al Ain Registration Center, Mr. Nasser Al Abdouli, Director of Al Karama Registration Center and Acting Director of Al Barsha Registration Center, Mr. Jassim Al Raeesi, Acting Director of Al Rashidia Registration Center, Mr. Mohammed Saeed Al Ghafli, Acting Director of Al Dhaid Registration Center, Mr. Mohammed Al Talay, Acting Director of Ajman Registration Center, Mr. Musabbeh Al Mismari, Director of Fujairah Registration Center, Mr. Rashid Al Nuaimi, Acting Director of Umm Al Quwain Registration Center, Mr. Ismael Al Bulooshi, Director of Ras Al Khaimah Registration Center, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Jabri, Supervisor of Temporary Registration Offices, Mr. Sameer Al Sheikh, Customer Service Specialist, and Mrs. Ansam Al Nuaimi, rapporteur of the meeting.
