Eng. Nasser Al Mazrouei, ICA’s Executive Director of Customer Happiness Centers Operations Sector inspected the work at Musaffah Customer Happiness Center annexed to Preventive Medicine Center.
During the visit, Al Mazrouei met with Faris Al-Rissi, the center’s supervisor, staff and number of customers, and listened to their comments on the progress of the work and their suggestions for improving performance and upgrading it to better levels, inviting employees to work in team spirit and exerting extra effort to improve the level of services offered to customers.
