A delegation from ICA visited the Dubai International Financial Center to look at their best practices in service development.
During the visit, the delegation listened to detailed explanations about the services provided by DIFC, the strategy they follow to develop them, and a brief about the important projects, and it was presented by Asma Al Madani and Saeed Ahmed from the government relations unit.
The ICA was represented by Rashed Al Nauimi, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates centers, and Jassim Al Raisi, Director of Barsha Customer Happiness Center, they presented a brief about the authority, the provided services for the customers, and the e-services that are provided for government and private sectors, which helps in completing and simplifying the procedures.
At the end of the visit, the administration of the center organized a tour for the delegation to look at the center and its facilities.
