Dedicated training program for assessment of employees’ performance

The Emirates Identity Authority has organized a dedicated training program titled “Assessment of Employees’ Performance” for its executive and departmental directors as part of its trend to adopt a more precise and realistic pattern for assessing the performance of its employees in the upcoming period to ensure the highest job satisfaction percentage.

This type of training programs was adopted as per the human resources investment plan with the aim of raising the efficiency level at the Emirates Identity Authority and increasing awareness at all administrative levels.

The participants in the training program, organized on July 26 and 27, showed great interaction with the program, which is part of the training programs aimed at enhancing the excellent performance efforts, ensuring job satisfaction and upgrading customer service in line with the aspirations of the UAE prudent leadership and the strategic objectives for which the Emirates Identity Authority was established.

The program, presented by Dr. Mohammed Al Ameri,  saw the participation of H.E. Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of Population Register, H.E. Yousef Al Bulooshi, Chief Executive Officer of Registration Centers, H.E. Hatem Al Hamli, Executive Director for Finance Affairs, and a large number of departmental directors at the Emirates Identity Authority.
