As part of the activities of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security during the month of innovation “UAE Innovates 2023”, the Customer Happiness Center of Umm Al Quwain participates in (3) distinct and innovative initiatives, aimed at consolidating the culture of innovation among the center’s employees, customers, university students and schools in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain and motivating them to put forward their innovative ideas and proposals to develop the work environment and the services provided.
The Center’s participation during the month of innovation includes the “Young Talents and Innovative Projects Council” initiative as an innovative platform at the level of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, whose activities will be launched on the 15th and 16th of this February in cooperation with Umm Al Quwain University, and with the participation of employees, customers and university students.
The “Young Talents and Innovative Projects Council” initiative aims to identify the ideas and proposals of the participating groups, promote the Authority’s innovative services to customers and partners, and showcase the talents and success stories of young talents, in order to support and motivate the youth group to present their work and projects to a wider audience.
The participation of the Customer Happiness Center of Umm Al Quwain in the month of innovation also includes the “Innovation Cinema” initiative, which will be launched on February 21 and 22 at the center’s headquarters in the presence of employees and customers. This initiative includes presenting global and local innovations to employees, which have been implemented and contributed positively to upgrading the level of services, as well as presenting employee innovations that have contributed to the development of the work environment and services, in order to motivate them to be creative and innovative and increase the percentage of innovations for the Authority’s employees.
As for the center’s third initiative, it is scheduled to be launched on February 24 with the participation of employees and customers under the title “Excellence Check”. This initiative involves the inclusion of the creative ideas of the customers of the Customer Happiness Center of Umm Al Quwain in the creative ideas platform of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, and honoring the best creative idea with the “Excellence Check”, in order to motivate customers and involve them in developing and improving the services provided.
