ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Umm Al Quwain has organized a social activity on the World Labor Day, which is celebrated annually on 1 May.
The activity, supervised by the Center’s employees, included distributing token gifts to the hospitality, janitorial services and guarding staff, as an appreciation to their efforts and roles in creating the proper atmosphere for the Center’s employees, thus enabling them to perform their functions in a perfect manner. This in turn contributes to pleasing them and putting a smile on their faces.
