ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah welcomed a delegation of students from “Al Dhait” Elementary School in celebration of the Emirati Children’s Day, which the UAE celebrates on March 15 every year.
During the visit, the students presented a theater performance titled “making the Nature Smiles”, which was watched by the employees of the Center and number of the customers, through which they saw the creativity of the students in the performance about the importance of environmental preservation and nature protection.
Supervisor Khadija Al Taniji accompanied the students during the tour in different departments of the Center, in which they listened to a summarized illustration about the registration procedures, ID issuance, and services provided by the Center.
