Customer Happiness Center in Khalifa Medical City organizes an Event celebrating UAE Innovation Month

ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Khalifa Medical City, annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center in Abu Dhabi, organized an event to celebrate UAE Innovation Month. This aims at instilling the culture of creativity and innovation in the Center’s employees and customers.

During the event, Abdullah Al Heriz, one of the Center’s employees, explained to the colleagues and customers the concept of innovation and creativity and their importance in improving the professional performance.
