Customer Happiness Center in Ghayathi organizes a Lecture on Innovation to its Employees

ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in GhayathiMedical City organized a lecture on creativity and innovation to its employees to instill these two cultures in them and to encourage them to propose new ideas that would contribute to promoting performance and developing the work environment.

During the lecture, Madia Al Zahery, a member in the Abu Dhabi innovation sub-team, presented on the concept of innovation and creativity and their importance in achieving the desired goals. She also explained their positive impact on the work environment, the matter which contributes to providing the finest services to customers, making them happy, and achieving the highest degrees of satisfaction.
