As part of the activities of the “Authority Innovates 2022” week, organized by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, the General Directorate of Identity, Citizenship and Passports in Fujairah held the Innovation Café at Al Rumaila Farm, in the presence and participation of His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Ali Ahmed Al Saghiri, Acting Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of Fujairah, directors of departments and employees of the directorate.
His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Al-Saghir said that the workshop aims to encourage employees to put forward creative ideas that contribute to improving the work conditions, achieving customer satisfaction, and providing proactive services that improve the quality of life in society.
During the workshop, the innovation café’s mechanism for generating creative ideas was explained, through four main themes, namely: services and customer experience; environment, occupational health and safety; foreign violators; and females’ happiness.
The participants in the workshop laid out many creative ideas that will contribute to improving work at the General Directorate of Identity, Citizenship and Passports in Fujairah during the coming period through the application of the Innovation Café tool approved by the Cabinet.
His Excellency the Executive Director of the Department honored the employees who participated in the workshop, in appreciation of their efforts and keenness to contribute to developing work and raising the level of performance through innovative ideas and transforming the workplace into a stimulating environment.
